As the founder, CEO and our Principal Consultant, I leverage over 20 years of diverse HR experiences across various industries, including professional services, healthcare, hospitality, engineering, tech, manufacturing, importers, and non-profits.   I've been honored to support start-ups, SMBs, and large international organizations over the span of my career.

With a background in both entrepreneurship and HR, I intimately understand the challenges business owners encounter and I draw from my own experiences to help personalize top-notch solutions for our clients.

In addition to over 20 years of HR leadership experience across multiple industries, I hold two HR certifications, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Education.
